So you've found a property you like? Excellent! We'd like to help you buy it.
There are two ways you can start the process:
LETTER OF INTENTION
The Letter of Intention to Offer is a letter outlining the details and the terms of your offer. It is not legally binding on you or the vendor and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. The benefit to you is that it is quicker than completing a Residential Contract and is an easy way to start if you're not sure. But - you need to know that even if a vendor agrees with your offer in this form, they aren't legally bound by it and may change their mind at any time before they sign a Residential Contract. Eventually, you will need to complete a Residential Contract for your offer to be binding. If you'd like to complete a Letter of Intention to Offer, download the form, complete and send it back to us via fax or email and we'll respond promptly.

Residential Contract
If you're serious and ready to go, the best way to try to buy a property is by completing a Residential Contract. You can call us on 08 8266 7770 and one of our sales team will be happy to help you with this. Once a vendor agrees to your offer and signs the contract, it becomes legally binding. You are protected as the vendor can't change their minds and in most cases you will also be entitled to a 2 day cooling off period.

Please note, for several reasons, including observance of the law in South Australia, we can not discuss verbal offers with our vendors.
